James R. Barrons has approximately 30 years of diversified financial management experience. An active investor in land throughout Arizona, Mr. Barrons has participated in the entitlement and planning process of numerous residential, commercial, and mixed use developments throughout the community. He has been involved in the carwash business for over five years.

Timothy J. Stocker began his journey into the car wash industry as the Chief Operating Officer of a major Arizona car wash company. Over his eight year tenure, Tim controlled the growth and operational management of the company’s entities including 8 full service car washes, 2 gourmet markets, and 2 fine dining restaurants. Tim's desire to provide a higher quality wash, greater customer service, and a pleasant atmosphere led to the development of the Classic Car Spa concept.

Jim Barrons and Tim Stocker are founders of eight Classic Car Spas; two in Tucson, Arizona and six in Phoenix and outskirts. Six of the eight washes are full service hand wash, the other two are machine wash, but offer hand wash services. All eight washes have C-Stores (convenience stores), four washes offer full service gas stations and all washes have full service oil and lube stations.
